I placed a mobile order through the app. When I arrived, they had 11 of 31 flavors listed. I did speak to the manager a week later. I did ask her why there are 31 flavors listed online, but 11 available. She said the freezer is broken. Though I’m still confused they are offering 20 imaginary flavors. My order was not able to be completed due to it not existing. According to the manager, they are able to refund you in store, despite what the employees said.
DO NOT order a cake online to be picked up here unless you want to pay for a cake and never actually get it. Despite an order confirmation and the money being taken out of my bank account they have zero information on my order and can’t make the cake. Nor can they refund my money.
This is supposed to be a Reese’s sundae! This is not what I ordered and for $10, this is NOT worth it! This is Garbage and looks nothing like the picture. I called but the number isn’t working smh
Service at this location is awful. I was told to pull forward for two small basic shakes. I then watched as cars that arrived after me received their orders. I ended up having to go inside to get my order because the girl working was chatting with a friend who was there visiting her. Very rude. I won't be back.
