i don’t even know why i bother to order from this location anymore. each time they screw it up. i ordered a scoop of regular chocolate chip cookie dough and turtle. they said they were out of turtle. no big deal so instead they gave us “cosmic brownie”. like correct me if i’m wrong but that’s nowhere near a substitute to what i ordered. whatever i let it go and accepted it. i opened my “original” cup and saw that they gave me cold brew ice cream and caramel praline. mind you, i can’t have caffeine. it’s also 8pm. like….the o... read more
The workers here are stupid good thing after explain four times I what I wanted and then proceed to show a picture that they could make the must mediocre Milkshake in the world.
This location is really going down. Tried to get ice cream multiple times around 7-7:30 and each time they say they are have put ice cream away already. If they’re open until 9 I would think they should still serve icecream until at least 8:45. Very disappointing
Corporate needs to be called they're closing early and refusing service way before closing time
