Best icecream ever
Drove an hour to Ft Smith to pick up ice cream to find a note on the door saying we are closed today - no reason given or anything! Pretty inconsiderate of their customers in my opinion!
You don't get quantity like they advertised. Fresh packs at over 11 dollars NOT PACKED. SUPPOSED to be 32oz only 26oz in one of the four I purchased. Another was only 24 Oz. The other two were short also. 50$ on a gallon of ice-cream and this is what I got. This is second time this has been done and was brought to management attention the first time. WILL NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS STORE OR ANY OTHER AGAIN. THEY WILL NOT BE GIVEN ANOTHER CHANCE.
Waited more than 20 minutes to just one scoop ice cream. No other guests. Complete ignorance.
