Went May 1st 2026 around 9pm, ended up walking out, no clue what the hold up was but the girl at the counter spent more time on the phone than talking to customers
Best customer service the lady at the counter was very sweet and welcoming great ice cream as well, also she was extremely efficient and quick with my order 10/10 will for sure be recommending this to family and friends I think her name was -Joud
had a really disappointing experience at Baskin Robbins. The customer service was rude and unwelcoming from the start. The staff seemed impatient and didn’t take the time to answer questions properly, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. On top of that, the portions were surprisingly small for the price, which felt like poor value and they had the chairs and everything stacked at 9:35 when they close at 10PM, and when we asked if we could sit they said “if you’ll put the chairs up after”.
