Absolutely Perfect ice cream cakes. But you know what? The best part is their top notch customer service!!! I love the people here. They are always so kind and friendly.
Came here while waiting for my kid to finish kumon. Customer service was bad, not friendly at all. The ice cream was worst, tasted freezer burnt and had chunks of ice. I wanted to tell her, but my son told me to just leave it. And she was nowhere to be found. There wasn’t even any napkins around. I’ll stick to dairy queen if I want a sweet treat.
I had such a wonderful experience ordering my daughter’s birthday cake from Baskin-Robbins! This was my first time ordering a cake from them, and I was genuinely so impressed. The cake looked absolutely beautiful and tasted even better. It was fresh, creamy, perfectly made, and incredibly delicious. Everyone at the birthday celebration enjoyed it, and we received so many compliments! The girl working the counter was abrasive. I don't know if ownership changed or what happened because this location used to be awesome. When you're paying $20 for 2 kids scoops and one single scoop and are expected to tip on top of that, the service kind of needs to be better than it is.
Ihad such a good experience here! The staff were really kind and helpful, and the service was fast even when it was busy. The ice cream was so good and everything was fresh. You can tell the employees actually care about giving customers a good experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
