Horrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I came here for a Mocha Blast, and they were out of stock and they suggested a normal milkshake with ice cream would be similar. Something tasted very off and this did not taste even close to the Mocha Blast. I asked if they could make something else instead because it was undrinkable, I told the employee something tasted off and she was replying in a rude manner and completely dismissing what I said while I was speaking respectfully. I have been going to this location almost everyday , sometimes twice a day since it originally opened ,, I have seen many new faces over the years and mostly within the last 2 years, I went 3 times in 3 days and I questioned myself about the size of the single scoop, the girl put the ice cream on the cone 3 times,, she kept putting on the cone and taking it off until the size of the scoop was perfectly small, this happened 3 times from the same girl in 3 days ,,, I also seen others who work there do this too ,, I seen two pe... read more
We went to the store yesterday afternoon and had a lovely interaction with Hiran (sorry, if I misspelled her name). She was very friendly, offered to help when we were trying to decide from the pre-packages and provided a great customer service over all
Recently went to this location as i have been here before to grab fresh paks. When i arrived home that evening i noticed my paks on the lighter side with lots of space available. I returned back to this location to speak to someone. I believe her name was Lina (apologies if i misheard and misspelled). She immediately took ownership of the problem and offered two new fresh paks of the flavs i had purchased.
