wouldnt give me a free taste
My husband and I stopped by hoping to get an ice cream cake. The only ones available were two roll cakes with no icing. After speaking with the staff and manager on duty I found out that they still do not have a cake decorator and from what I can tell they aren't even attempting to get one. Everything is shipped in, nothing is done onsite (even their doughnuts). This is the third time I have attempted to get an ice cream cake. I tried to order an ice cream cake for Valentine's Day more than a week in advance and was told that they aren't doing ice cream cakes because they don't have anyone available to do it.
The employees could not stay off of their phones I sit at the counter waiting for over 15 minutes for them to get off of their phones
