Went in around 6:00pm to get ice cream and we waited for 5-10 minutes without any help despite my efforts to try and let them know we were there. A lady even walked by, stared at us and then walked into the back without saying anything. When we finally decided to leave i called and asked why we had no service the entire time we were there… The lady answered the phone and told us it wasn’t her job to take orders.
Service was good, but the shake was mediocre at best and the ice cream was freezer burnt. Really wanted to like it but just didn't.
I had an issue with an order where I did not receive my cake as it was requested. Very frustrating. Customer service did acknowledge the mistake. I received a full refund, and received a free cake for another event. UNFORTUNATELY the 2nd order was worse. See picture below. They wrote the name and age from the 1st order on the 2nd order and scraped it off and made a very sloppy attempt to write over it!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
They messed up my birthday cake for my 50th birthday with the wrong size and cake now they have managed to mess up my granddaughters 1st birthday cake by scrapping off the name they accidentally wrote and trying to change it. It’s a mess and will be horrible for pictures!
