I had an issue with an order where I did not receive my cake as it was requested. Very frustrating,, however the customer service to acknowledge the mistake was great.. i received a full refund,, and even received a free cake for another event.
I ordered an ice cream birthday cake. They made a round, when I had ordered a half sheet, and I ordered it with a white cake bottom and they used confetti cake. Wouldnt even give me a refund and I had prepaid!!!
