Ordered two scoops of ice cream on a cake cone. Received two scoops in a bowl with a cone stuck on top. He said he didn’t want the cone to tip over. That was laziness. He served that with a milkshake spoon. I asked for a sturdier spoon - an ice cream spoon - and wasn’t given one. I successfully got my ice cream out of the bowl and onto the cone. The person with me got a sugar cone that was so stale that it was inedible. One star because I can’t no star.
I took the kids here after school and they were so happy! The employees were eager to help us find which flavors we wanted and even gave us stickers.
Leaving a 5 star review to say that when we went, only one man was working there, taking all the drive thru orders, calls, and making in person orders. He apologized to us multiple times for “being slow” meanwhile my boyfriend and I were just in awe of how much he was dealing with. I believe his name was Ashley. He had a dark beard, hat and sunglasses. He was very kind and attended to us in between his other orders and I wish we had the money to tip him more! He was great. Also the ice cream is pretty good.
Cudos to Baskin Robbin’s for having chocolate ice cream when I go there, but holy smokes, slightly over $10 for 2 single scoop cones on regular cones that have very small scoops that don’t even go down in the cone. Crazy sky high price increase.
