Ordered a pint of ice cream online where you can select any flavor. Got there and was told they didn't have the ice cream. Was told I'd have to go through the website for reimbursement. Did that and they redirected my complaint to the store and they still haven't reached out to me. Funny thing is when I called the store later that same day they told me they did have the flavor I requested in stock.
We arrived at 7:45, and it was 76 degrees outside. As I was browsing the ice cream, a woman began taking the flavors out of the case. I requested a flavor, which she had just removed while I was standing there . She stated that I could only order from the second case of ice cream, as the first one was now closed for cleaning. Please note that the flavors she had taken out were on a cart right behind her, with no lids on. I asked if I could still get the flavor I wanted, even if it was right behind her. Gave me every last drop 10 out of 10
ALWAYS OUT OF EVERYTHING! I’m sick of ordering from them and then they tell me they can’t complete order as they are out of it every damn time. Never coming back or ordering from them again, not sure why they are even open at this point… very disappointing.
We were just at the store. Ordered 2 scoops of chocolate chip cookie dough and one scoop of praline and cream, after we found out that they were out of flavor of the month. For over $8 we got about 1/4 cup of praline, and 1/4 cup of cookies and cream. Will never go back....
