Our family loves Baskin-Robbins ice cream and treats so much we decided to have a special ice cream cake made for a birthday party. We ordered it 3 days ahead and when we went to pick it up.....it hadnt even been started. Very disappointed and so was the birthday boy who chose the specific cake. We were given a choice of a couple of small cakes in the freezer and 2 pints of ice cream for their error. We will continue going but will get our cakes elsewhere. Went by and got an icing on the cake milkshake and it had nut all in it no where did it say it had nuts (im allergic to nuts)
