Emily at Baskin-Robbins was absolutely fantastic! She made an amazing milkshake that was perfect from the first sip to the last. On top of that, she did a wonderful job writing on my son’s birthday cake. The lettering looked great, and she clearly took pride in her work. What really stood out was her positive attitude and attention to detail. She helped make my son’s birthday feel extra special, and that means a lot to our family. Good ice cream
Giving this place a low review due to the LACK OF CLEANLINESS.. I walked in at 7:15 PM on 05/09/25 to buy a milkshake and the place was a disaster! Papers, napkins, cone crumbs ALL over the entire floor. No customer was in the store. There were 3 employed present. I remarked as I was looking down at the floor, “Wow! You must have been busy today!” Expecting one of the 3 employees to grab a broom & start cleaning.Did not happen! Visited 5/7/25 at 9pm and was very disappointed with customer service, we will not be back. Do yourself a favor and choose hamdles or brusters.
