Giving this place a low review due to the LACK OF CLEANLINESS.. I walked in at 7:15 PM on 05/09/25 to buy a milkshake and the place was a disaster! Papers, napkins, cone crumbs ALL over the entire floor. No customer was in the store. There were 3 employed present. I remarked as I was looking down at the floor, “Wow! You must have been busy today!” Expecting one of the 3 employees to grab a broom & start cleaning.Did not happen! Visited 5/7/25 at 9pm and was very disappointed with customer service, we will not be back. Do yourself a favor and choose hamdles or brusters.
No greeting from employee and was not friendly at all. Second unpleasant experience here so won't be returning.
Every time I go in, the customer service is amazing. Tonight Mikayla helped me. She greeted me with a great smile. Ice cream was the perfect treat for this warm evening.
