No greeting from employee and was not friendly at all. Second unpleasant experience here so won't be returning.
Every time I go in, the customer service is amazing. Tonight Mikayla helped me. She greeted me with a great smile. Ice cream was the perfect treat for this warm evening.
My mom and I went in earlier today and there was only one associate working and she was working her behind off! I didn’t catch her name but she was awesome. Thanks so much!
Workers/Owner are super chill, not sure what happened in the past but it’s usually empty and always amazing to go to, and quick too. Never really had a bad experience with this parlor or anything. I think they got a new manager based on the recent reviews, so don’t worry.
