Lobby hours said open until 11pm. We arrived at 9:20 and employees closed the lobby. Terrible customer service.
They didn't want to serve us, they closed an hour and thirty minutes before we arrived at 9:30 pm and the closing time is until 11:00 pm
If you want bad customer service, this is the place. They didnt have hot fudge, didnt talk to us properly and were addressing me and my mom like we were total strangers to what hot fudge was supposed to look like or what baskin robbins is... Gave incomplete scoops, didnt have waffle cones, and poor customer service. The girl (Johanna)taking the order needs customer service training, and told that they charge for water cup($1.07). Next time - never.
Ordered a desert and the place closed before my Uber could get there. Really bad service. The switched drivers and still never got the order.
Arrived at 10:25 pm, only to be told they put the ice cream away but they had "anything else we needed" Bro your whole purpose is ice cream gtfo Who closes over 30 minutes before closing?!
