I don’t blame the young girls who work here but the people who hired them when they don’t have basic manners or customer service. God forbid you have a question about the menu because they’ll just be rude to you in return as if it’s not their job to answer your questions. They are too young to be so miserable and take out their anger on customers who simply want some ice cream. Ugh! Everytime I try coming here they never have mint chocolate chip, weird I know. But what ever. Maybe its just a local preference i assumed it was pretty popular....well today I made a drive at 9pm thinking maybe today's the day. NOPE. They didnt have ANY ice cream. None. A baskin robins with zero ice-cream. Im so done with this place.
Employees must really hate their job here. So rude and unfriendly. I made an order on the app, went through the drive through for pick up, they looked at me stupid and said we don’t have that order and dismissed me. Went back through and showed my receipt and she hands me the drink. I said oh so you did have it. Her response was yeah and shut the window.
