This is a great place to take your grandchildren for ice cream 😊😊
2 employees. The guy was hateful and the girl was on the phone with her boyfriend in prison the entire time... slow and poor service. Ice cream sat on the counter for 8 minutes before we were allowed to grab our now "soup".
The 2 girls were very friendly and the ice cream was delicious!
The Hermitage store was closed a 1/2 hour before posted closing time. Employees refused to offer service.
Meh. Wouldn't recommend. Normally if what I order isn't available, I get a suggestion about an alternative flavor that would be just as great. But not at this location. They don't seem to want to do anything here really.
