Had one worker sitting on their phone in the dinning area, longer than a typical break for starters. Then the person that was behind the counter started to help us and stopped 2/3 of the way to get dri ks for the drive thru that arrived after us, I had to directly ask if he was going to finish helping us as he started to work on another order for the drive thru. Need to ge the priorities straight.
Went to get my daughter some ice cream It was about 8:20 pm. No one was in the place and the two girls behind the counter would not greet us. It took a good 5 minutes before one of them came to say anything to us. I ordered a two scoops in a sugar cone. My daughter and I walked outside to sit at one of their tables once we got our ice cream. I took two licks of my ice cream and it all fell on the ground.
