Walked in and said they didn’t have what we ordered and my husband pointed it out, the worker looked shocked and then proceeded to give us the ice cream we wanted lol. why lie?? Then gave us the wrong cone and then refused to put the ice cream in it because they couldn’t do it in the cake cone. I have to shout out the kid who was working December 13 at 4pm. You were polite, friendly, and despite serving both the counter and the drive thru, you didn’t get flustered and acknowledged everyone’s patience. We have ordered ice cream cakes from this location on several occasions now and they have been fabulous! Orders are always ready on time and the cakes look and taste great. Appreciate the always friendly service!
