Our family tried to order on the app. We were told they didn't have 6 of the 8 flavors we had ordered. We were all very disappointed. DO NOT use the app to order from this location!
Staff were completely unprofessional. A bunch of teenagers who ignore customers and curse like sailors. Referring to women in derogatory terms. The whole staff who was in at around 9pm on 12/13 should be reprimanded at the least. Paying customers came in and walked out without being attended to at all.
Went in to order the new Dubai sundae, and the guy couldn’t hear us on the drive through and told us to go to the window. Once we got to the window, he said he couldn’t understand us and to come inside. Once we did that, he said they didn’t have it. Said he worked there for 10 years and never heard of it. Even showed him on the website and he said that wasn’t their website. So we finally conceded to get something else only to later see we could order the Dubai sundae on their kiosk. I ordered an ice cream cake for my boyfriend’s birthday and it turned out really nice. I got vanilla cake with Cookie Monster ice cream; Everyone loved it! It was decorated as expected and tasty. Highly recommend :)
The service was great everyone was so nice and the ice cream was amazing! i will definitely come here again!
