Went through the drive thru this evening and the lady working was very rude. Asked for a Cookie Monster and a jamoca. Was told they didn’t have either and treated like I was dumb. Those are two very well known baskin robin flavors. This location is horrible. Always out of things. 31 flavors? They seem to only have 4 at best.

I feel bad for the employees who work here. There are 6 of us here and unfortunately they kept telling us they were out of 80% of the things we asked for. Hot fudge, nuts, mint chocolate chip, pink bubble gum, chocolate, vanilla, and blended drinks bc the blender doesn't work. BR is known for 31 flavors, this place has 24 spots for ice cream and 4 of them are empty. The manager needs to do better. This place never has vanilla ice cream. How can you call yourself an ice cream shop and NEVER have vanilla ice cream. I ordered two scoops of cookie dough and I got a mix of cookie dough and chocolate chip ice cream. Didn’t ask me if I wanted a reciept just handed me the ice cream cup and my card. This store horrible.
Disappointing Experience and Unacceptable Service My recent visit to this Baskin-Robbins was incredibly frustrating and left a lot to be desired. We were excited by the wide array of flavors advertised on the menu, but that excitement quickly turned to annoyance. We tried to order a Banana Royale, which online clearly states it comes with two scoops of ice cream.
