Took my nephew in to experience Baskin Robbins. He was so excited to see all the ice cream. Three workers. No hello. No welcome in, mind you they were empty, no patrons. Waited a good five minutes before someone waiting on us while we stood there, then, to find out “we’re sorry, we’re out of all ice cream.” They had empty containers in the freezer and blamed not getting a truck in.
Wow I thought the reviews could be over exaggerated so I thought I would try and give them a chance. All I wanted was a simple cake which I found one that would do, however I wanted happy birthday mommy written on it and the employees could not do it their excuse was their cake decorator called in sick…. Saturday afternoon, 08/23, at 3:30pm it was 100F and my son wanted ice cream. I did too. So we went here looking forward to some Baskin Robbins. We walked in and every employee made eye contact and didn't say a word. No welcome. No "We'll be right with you." Nothing. They then proceeded to ignore us and at least 2 other customers until I gave up and just left. One of the other customers waiting did right after me and commented in the parking lot how atrocious it was they the employees just straight up ignores customers. And ... read more
Went through the drive thru this evening and the lady working was very rude. Asked for a Cookie Monster and a jamoca. Was told they didn’t have either and treated like I was dumb. Those are two very well known baskin robin flavors. This location is horrible. Always out of things. 31 flavors? They seem to only have 4 at best.
