The ice cream was soft and melting as we ate inside the air-conditioned store! Plus the waffle cones wer a bit soft demon sitting out in the humidity.
Went in at 8pm on a Saturday night only to be told they shut down early on Saturday, but any other time they stay open
Terrible service. Went to the Quincy Illinois store on 2/14/25 half a hour before closing, all the ice cream tubs had been removed from the counter and no one even came to the counter to help use after 5 minutes of waiting. I Don’t know how a business can stay afloat operating like this. I Would not recommend. They do have great ice cream.
