This location needs NEW MANAGEMENT or it’s going to go broke. The employees are uninterested in customer service. And usually they’re out of something or other. I’ve never had a pleasant experience without one issue or another with an order. I don’t post negative reviews unless I just can’t keep quiet. I’ve given them multiple tries over the years. Never again. What a wasted investment. Could be doing so much better and actually be providing something to the community. Win win.
The gentleman was really nice but the place was just filthy. From the restrooms to the counters to the tables. Needs a good deep clean. They were out of napkins even after someone else mentioned it to them.
Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews here. Never had an issue been going here for years.
Terrible, this place never has anything. Ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes. Received ice cream in a cup with some unknown chocolate covering, resembled the chocolate used to frost the donuts, no whip cream, no nuts, no cherries, this place is the worst. Will never go back.
