Made me the wrong sandwich then gave me attitude and dirty looks when I asked for them to correct it. And my has browns looks like they were punched.
Terrible service. Waited at the cash register for 3 or 4 minutes while the staff walked back and forth waiting on cars didn’t even acknowledge my presence. I walked out. Won’t be back!
I stood waiting for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged. During that time, a staff member ignored me and served a customer who arrived after I did. There was no greeting, no apology, and no explanation or request to wait. Basic customer service and communication were completely lacking. On top of that, the employee's shirt appeared noticeably dirty and unprofessional, which did not inspire confidence in the cleanliness or standards of the business. Showed up at 9:30pm when the establishment was supposed to be open til 10pm. They only had about 10 flavors set out, I thought BR was supposed to be 31 flavors?! We counted the spots on the fridge and there’s only room for 24. Anyway, the attendant was very blunt and said “you’re paying with card? Cause I already closed the register.” We stayed and ordered bc kids really wanted ice cream but several more customers came in and were treated as poorly, with some coming in around 9:50 and finding no ice cream in the cabinet caus... read more
Not sure why so many bad reviews. Have been coming here for about 9 months since we moved to the rim. Customer service has always been good and food delicious as well. Workers were attentive. Super nice to my kids who had questions about the different flavors and even went to go get napkins for us since they had ran out. Overall, always happy with our ice cream/donuts dates with the wife and kiddos
