Took my kids to Baskin Robbins and ordered a single scoop and kids creation. The single scoop was barely a scoop and the kids creation was like a tablespoon of ice-cream. So little ice-cream for $10! I felt ripped off. I felt like the employees were not trained.
Horrible establishment with rude employees. They are ALWAYS out of something when you go in. Asked them to cancel my order last time they were out of 3/4 things I ordered and I was laughed at.
Freezer with cakes was broken and empty. Actually OUT of chocolate ice cream. Purchased a pint container, when I opened it at home was approximately packed 1/2 full.
Great service and lots of flavors to choose from. The space was exceptionally clean and recently renovated
Clean location, very friendly service and 31 flavors to choose from!
