Went there last evening for milk shakes, excellent job , thank you very much.......unlike the diary queen on isleta...they should good see how a milk shake is made! It's not hard Keep up the amazing job baskin Robbins
Payed $22 for 2 double scoops and when delivered did not have any of the toppings paid extra for. No answer on a phone call and voice mail full. Multiple times with horrible order experience from this location for breakfast also. Will not be spending anymore money there.
Another terrible service experience. The little guy was working and was very stingy with bags. I paid for each donut, so how come I couldn’t ask for them to be in separate small bags? They were for separate people at different places. It was very upsetting to be yelled at and kicked out. He is a mean little creep. (The ice cream scoop was not enough for the price, bro.)
Took my kids to Baskin Robbins and ordered a single scoop and kids creation. The single scoop was barely a scoop and the kids creation was like a tablespoon of ice-cream. So little ice-cream for $10! I felt ripped off. I felt like the employees were not trained.
