I was charged a tip on my order, I went through drive through for a single ice cream cone. I didn't put the tip on, the person who rung up my order did with out my permission, it wasn't much, its just the principle. I then tried to call the store, but was never able to have anyone pick up the phone.
So disgusted by this store. This is what is in my Topping for the build ypur own sundae platter... not coming back here. So disgusting.

I ordered from this store via doordash. Doordash has safety protocols/instructions for the businesses to follow on every delivery order. This baskin robbins DID NOT FOLLOW ANY.. this did NOT arrive in a bag with safety seals. Nor did the ice cream have any either. Just the receipt taped to the top NOT even sealed. See picture for proof. I am incredibly disappointed. Never going or ordering from here again. DO BETTER!
