If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Not just baskin but dunkin too. None of the employees know how to listen. Every single time we go here our order is wrong and everytime we try to get it fixed its more messed up than the first time. Please get better employees or better management. This is ridiculous.
Tried going to this location and goggle maps has the wrong address, please update. I also tried calling to get their exact location and no one answered.
I was charged a tip on my order, I went through drive through for a single ice cream cone. I didn't put the tip on, the person who rung up my order did with out my permission, it wasn't much, its just the principle. I then tried to call the store, but was never able to have anyone pick up the phone.
So disgusted by this store. This is what is in my Topping for the build ypur own sundae platter... not coming back here. So disgusting.
