I called two days ahead of time to order an ice cream pie for a family member's birthday. When I went to pick it up, they couldn't find my order or any record of my order. I had a feeling something was off when the gentlemen who took my order over the phone didn't ask any questions, like what kind of pie crust or topping. The workers who work around 11 am on Tuesdays ; do not know what they doing at all. My milkshake literally came out like water. Coffee was terrible as well! Smh
Victor is extremely unsanitary and doesn’t follow food safety protocols. He’s touching cones and serving the ice cream without gloves. I observed a lot of cross contamination and unhygienic practices in a matter of minutes. He was very rude and made what was supposed to be a nice experience for my family a very unpleasant experience. He served the cones falling apart and not scooped properly.
