I’m not sure if management reads these reviews, but as a paying customer my thought is…This location desperately needs Baskin-Robbin’s corporate leadership team to invest into training the staff. My wife and I stopped by this location on a night when there were no other customers in the store. There were 3 employees behind the counter cleaning and standing near the ice cream section. I’m very disappointed with this Baskin Robbins location. I returned this weekend hoping my previous experience was just an isolated incident, but unfortunately it was not. During my last visit, I was required to use the new kiosk to place my order. When I didn’t recognize that the Cappuccino Blast had been renamed, the employee became visibly annoyed and told me I “should know.” When I explained that I don’t work there and wasn’t aware of the name change, the employee became even ruder. Very clean and organized BR/Dunkin! I absolutely love that you can order on the kiosk and take your time picking what you want and customize it! Our ice cream & milkshake were delicious!

I had a very frustrating experience at this Dunkin/Baskin-robbins location (store#353496 I stopped by on a rainy day and waited at the ice cream for 3 minutes,but was completely ignored. I then went to the donut counter,ordered 2 apple fritters and 3 scoot of ice cream. The communication was a total disaster.
