The workers who work around 11 am on Tuesdays ; do not know what they doing at all. My milkshake literally came out like water. Coffee was terrible as well! Smh
Victor is extremely unsanitary and doesn’t follow food safety protocols. He’s touching cones and serving the ice cream without gloves. I observed a lot of cross contamination and unhygienic practices in a matter of minutes. He was very rude and made what was supposed to be a nice experience for my family a very unpleasant experience. He served the cones falling apart and not scooped properly. Not all flavours available at this location. Limited selection to choose from and server seemed to have an attitude, this made me feel like I could not approach her.
Poor customer service from a female employee here, very rude and dismissive, at least she knows how to scoop the ice cream....
