Very clean and organized BR/Dunkin! I absolutely love that you can order on the kiosk and take your time picking what you want and customize it! Our ice cream & milkshake were delicious!
I had a very frustrating experience at this Dunkin/Baskin-robbins location (store#353496 I stopped by on a rainy day and waited at the ice cream for 3 minutes,but was completely ignored. I then went to the donut counter,ordered 2 apple fritters and 3 scoot of ice cream. The communication was a total disaster. The ice cream here is absolutely delicious! There was a little confusion at first about where to place the ice cream order since the staff was busy handling lots of to-go orders. Once I placed my order, though, everything went quickly and smoothly. Definitely worth stopping by for a sweet treat!
Well, I can see why there are so many 1 star reviews, horrible experience on Thurs. Sept. 18, 2025 - wouldn't allow to split 2 different flavors in a fresh packed quart - always have been allowed to do it in the past - but not allowed now for some reason - tried to call and s/w the manager several times but no one ever picked up the phone and the mailbox was full
