Worst customer service!!! Never going there again I don't even wanna give 1 star. We were 5 friends went in at 9:30 pm to get ice cream, the lady working there was very Rude, we ordered ice cream she SLAMMED the ice cream door after packing the scoop. If you people don't wanna serve the ice cream until 10:00 pm why do you even open the store, just close the store and change the timings of the store!!! Very bad customer service. There is lady who doesn't want to serve the customer. I wish I could give zero.
This isn't the 1st time we've received poor service at this location, but tonight's visit takes the cake. So much so, I'm actually taking the time to write a review. If 0 stars were an option... "Service" couldn't have been more rude or slow, acting like my kids & I were interrupting their screen time by patronizing their business around 7:30 tonight.
