Make sure you check the lids on your drinks when going through drive-thru. I ended up with three quarters of mine inside my vehicle because the lid was not on tight. 🤬

Went to get hot chocolate with my girls , and my daughter gets sick when she eats cool whip , so I asked for cold foam instead ( which I always do ) usually they do it with no problems well on the 23rd of December Emma Butler , and her teenager friend Nevaeh ( both young teenagers) working refused to make it like that and gave me the evil look like I was the devil. Worst Baskin Robbin’s ever! U have some teens running the place that constantly respond with whatever. When u try to correct the order they say sorry you can’t read what you ordered. When I tried to correct the order at the speaker the lady yelled and said. THATS WHAT I SAID. I replied okay just making sure we are all on the same page. Got to the window paid. In fact she gave me the wrong donuts. Couldn’t get the right donuts got the window slammed in my face. Now I got two donuts the kids won’t eat. When I asked for a manag... read more

We walked in- group of 10 people. 2 people working the window. Never greeted us. Never even walked over. The selection of ice cream was very limited! After 8 minutes, we walked out and across the parking lot to a little soft serve in the parking lot that was delicious!
