Nice employees
I will make every attempt to avoid this place in the future. Yes, it’s ice cream, which is hard to mess up. Yet somehow the staff here finds a way to do it. I’d say 2 out of 5 times they’ve messed up my order. They don’t thoroughly mix coffee drinks, and refuse to take the time to understand and verify your order before randomly throwing some combination of food in your bag. This place has horrible customer service. I contacted them to pay off debit that was transferred to them and get validation of several bills that were duplicates and/or not my bill before paying off all the debt.The representative was very nasty because the addresses she were giving were not mines. She refused to submit a request so I could see a copy of the actual application or contract for this debt. After that called the dumped everything they could find on my credit without written attempts to even resolve the matters. ... read more
