Ordered for delivery and they gave us the smallest scoops along with missing toppings. Delivery is too expensive for this type of mishaps.
Worst place to order ice cream from , definitely not worth it. I’ve ordered two 3 scoop sundae and only received two single scoops with cherry on it.
Absolutely killed it with my last minute request for a custom ice cream cake!!!
Very rude, they saw me at the drive thru & ignored me. I waited for about 10 minutes & they acknowledged me & still did nothing.
Service here is horrible. Waited seven minutes for two drinks and went up to see what was taking long (because there was no one really there) just for the lady who took my order to ask me what drinks and flavors I got again. While waiting ten more minutes for my drinks to be made, I seen about three cars in the drive thru and all the employees (besides the lady and man making my drinks) were in the back eating.
