I wanted to leave feedback regarding my recent visit. I ordered chocolate chip ice cream and Reese’s Peanut Butter ice cream through the ordering machine, even though the items were apparently unavailable. There was no notice on the machine stating they were out of stock. When I got to the counter, I was told I had to choose different flavors and that a refund was not an option. I bought a 16oz Cappy and it was mostly ice; in theory, these drinks are supposed to be made with ice cream and no ice.
