We’ve stopped by this Baskin Robbins location about 4-5 times now since they opened. Service has always been great. Staff is all young adults working. They are all very polite and friendly. It’s always been clean every time we’ve stopped in and it always smells incredible. They also have the Dubai ice cream bars. Very good but spendy for an ice cream bar!
The service here was despicable. There’s a gig worker sitting in there for 20 minutes two other gig workers came in after her. The Baskin Robbins employeescompletely ignored her, and then helped the other gig workers all while her order was sitting in the freezer the entire time. And then they flipped her attitude for being a little upset These kids need training .. They paid the minimum wage and tips. The gig workers are not.
Went over and beyond. Thank you!
