The customer associate was very kind even when there were multiple orders in front of me. The ice cream is very yummy!
The workers there are very rude. I ordered a drink and they rung it up wrong, and I came back inside to tell them that they rung it up wrong, and wasnt made correctly while asking nicely could they remake it. TWO Employees (Indian girls) looked me up and down with they face turned up and told me “well the vanilla is unsweetened and you can’t taste it anyway. I genuinely feel bad for the employees. I have come in here in the evening and there’s literally only ever one person manning both dunking donuts and the baskin robins. How is one person supposed to keep up with both? This is not an employee issue, this is a management issue.
Awful experience worker said the Baskin Robbin’s was closed but the Dunkin Donuts was open.
Horrible experience today. Asked for a cake cup and the young lady handed me a waffle cone and tried to argue with me that it was what I asked for. I told her that I ordered a cake cone and she told me that it (the waffle cone) was a cake cone. Never will I ever return to that location again.. almost $5 for a single scoop of ice cream that I did not get to enjoy. Worst location by far….
