I love Baskin Robbin’s and am so happy to have one in the area! The young lady who served me was very nice and the chocolate chip ice cream was delicious.
I had not been to the Paddock Lake Baskin Robbin and was going to grab an ice cream cake for Easter and grab a Sundae. We arrived at 7:52 PM. The doors were locked but 2 employees were in there. They looked but would not come over. The sign said the lobby closed at 8PM. Online stated that the store closes at 8 PM. I called and was told that the lobby closes at 7:45 PM but the drive through is open. I go to the drive through to order the sundae and they say no, you can only get coffee. Unbelievable!
This may be one of the worst businesses in the area. They consistently close early. You can place an online order for pick up, pay online and then go find out the store is closed when you go to pick up your order. Whoever manages this store needs to figure things out.
I ordered a cake on Saturday since they needed 48 hours to make it picking it up on Thursday. Came to get my cake and was told it wasn’t made. They can only give me a cake they have already cause there is only one lady that makes it. Now that’s about 5 days no one could call and say we can’t accommodate that order so I could go to another place. And on top of that it’s not even free they’re just swapping it.
