Highly disappointed in the quality of service and ice cream. We arrived around 9pm and it took 10 minutes for someone to take our order at the drive thru, mind you there was no one else in line. We ordered two doubles one cotton candy in a cone and one with Oreo and mint chocolate chip in a cup. We pull around to another car in front of us. It then takes another 10 minutes of waiting for them to come take our payment. During this waiting the cotton candy cone was sitting by the window melting. Ice cream is great, the service on the other hand wasn’t. The girl at the window forgot our spoons which I totally understand, it happens to the best of us! But before we could ask for more the girl closed the window in our face. We waited for around 5 minutes for someone to come back to the window so we could get some spoons. A new girl came to the window, glared at us and said “why are they still here” to the other worker then rolled her eyes and whipped the window open and just stared at us, didn’t say anything. This location only cares about serving the drive thru customers. They totally ignore customers that actually come into the store. I had to make a scene before they even acknowledged my presence. Edited to add: their customer service responded to my complaint and said they are going to try to do better with communicating any delays.
