I arrived to pick up a cake my wife had ordered and gave the young lady behind the counter mine and my wives names which it should be under. She looked around for a few minutes, and got audibly frustrated. So I gave her the order number and she found it. The ice cream was great, but I ordered a single and the serving size was SUPER small for the price! Unfortunately, I won’t be back.
Really good new addition to the area!
Highly disappointed in the quality of service and ice cream. We arrived around 9pm and it took 10 minutes for someone to take our order at the drive thru, mind you there was no one else in line. We ordered two doubles one cotton candy in a cone and one with Oreo and mint chocolate chip in a cup. We pull around to another car in front of us. It then takes another 10 minutes of waiting for them to come take our payment. During this waiting the cotton candy cone was sitting by the window melting. Ice cream is great, the service on the other hand wasn’t. The girl at the window forgot our spoons which I totally understand, it happens to the best of us! But before we could ask for more the girl closed the window in our face. We waited for around 5 minutes for someone to come back to the window so we could get some spoons. A new girl came to the window, glared at us and said “why are they still here” to the other worker then rolled her eyes and whipped the window open and just stared at us, didn’t say anything.
