Today gave me a reason to come here and echo the reviews that this store is the WORST BR location in the area. Literally a bunch of unsupervised children who can’t do something as simple as scoop ice cream. Charged us for a 3 scoop sundae and only put 2 scoops in the cup. Then had the audacity to argue about it and instead of FIXING it, said they had to call their manager to issue a refund. Call the manager, mind you….as in there isn’t one on site to teach the little rascal crew how to behave at work.

To walk in 33mins before closing to the lights turned off, chairs all put on top of the tables, and one lady sweeping. Which she did not move for the crowd of customers walking in the door. Got yelled at by one employee stating she’d take whoever’s ready order. They never once greeted any of the 3 families in the store. Never once thanked us, no conversation at all. We were nervous about coming here because of previous reviews, but our experience was perfectly fine. It was clean. The service was good. We had zero issues and will happily come back again.
Awful customer service. Employee on her phone instead of helping. Can see why this establishment only gets a 2.7!!! Won't be back to this location. Owner needs to step up and train the employees obviously.
