Went last night and was at the window for 10 minutes waiting. Watched two girls work while one walked around doing nothing as she made eye contact with me at least 5 times. Miss Tan Pants didn't want to work. Didn't want to wait on anyone. In those 10 minutes, she talked to the two girls working and gave out a sample spoon. Went in yesterday for an online order the lil indian black man so rude. I cancelled the order and will never ever return to that location. Nasty attitude i hate this location. Wish i could give 0 stars.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The employee at the drive-thru window, a man named Sudie (or Sudee), opened the window without a greeting — no “hello,” no “how are you,” no professionalism at all. When I politely asked for his name, he seemed irritated and dismissive, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, my hot fudge sundae was clearly premade and had been sitting in the freezer — the fudge was cold, which defeats the entire purpose of ordering a hot fudge sundae.... read more

We ordered a sundae and ordered it without nuts. They still put nuts on it. When I called up there the ask about it the lady on the phone was not nice at all. When I asked how they were going to correct the mistake she did not and has not offered to fix the issue.
