The milkshake taste sour like this one has low reviews the manager needs to learn how to run a baskin robbins or go back to the mapco because no food place should have a score that low It starts at the top.Someone isn't doing something right
Great drive-thru experience!
Last three visits here have been almost an hour prior to close. 3 to 4 people cleaning up and one person left to take orders/serve people. All the chairs in the dining room are put up and we had to move out of the way constantly because they were literally sweeping around us. It was very obvious that they were annoyed we were there. I hate to be that guy but if you close at 10 that means 10......not 9:30. There needs to be an adult manager present.
Went last night and was at the window for 10 minutes waiting. Watched two girls work while one walked around doing nothing as she made eye contact with me at least 5 times. Miss Tan Pants didn't want to work. Didn't want to wait on anyone. In those 10 minutes, she talked to the two girls working and gave out a sample spoon. Went in yesterday for an online order the lil indian black man so rude. I cancelled the order and will never ever return to that location. Nasty attitude i hate this location. Wish i could give 0 stars.
