Went through line and got probably the smallest 2 scoop cup I’ve ever seen. It took me 15 minutes to be served. I paid and sat down and started eating it. I was informed that I must leave to eat it because the lobby was closed. The hours on the door indicated that they didn’t close for another 25 minutes. Workers were rude and acted as if they were inconvenienced. These kids working here really need adult supervision.
Placed an order online sat at the window for almost 10 minutes without being acknowledged once . Eventually got our order and the order was completely wrong .

Never had an issue at this BR, and the one-star reviews feel like entitled people not getting special treatment from underpaid service workers. Ice cream should be fun, and bad customers aren't fun.
Me and my wife got ice cream from here last night around 8:15 pm on April 13th. The pre-packaged wild and reckless ice cream doesn't taste like it at all. I believe it has been in there too long to where it expired. Then my wife got a milkshake, which gave her food poisoning, and I believe I got it too. Definitely, don't recommends this one at all. The workers looked like all over the place didn't have a handle on things
