Went in tonight (5/16) over an hour before close and waited 10 minutes for one person to take orders while 3 other people were stocking or something. When I asked if we could order from them they all said no. That’s ridiculous, one person can stock for two seconds to clear a line (of like 3 people. Not super busy which is even more annoying). Employees were all very rude
Waited in line for 10 minutes for them to tell me I need to come inside because the lobby is full . We pull around to see one person inside getting ice cream. Had two babies in the car and ask if we could just order at the window and was told no. Do not see the point in a drive through window if that’s the case!
