Found a hair in my son’s ice cream, the guy behind the counter offered another scoop of ice cream but no other solution. Why would we want another scoop of ice cream potentially contaminated with hair?
Staff went above and beyond on a custom cake order. It turned out great!
Love this neighborhood ice-cream place. Our family favorite is the chocolate mousse royale ice cream. We have tried the raspberry swirl, cherry and coffee flavors and they were good too.
Customer service is zero at this location. The front lady at counter doesn’t fit well for that job. We came to buy ice cream for kids from gift cards they got at bday party as treat. She did know how to use them or was not trying to punch card numbers when they didn’t show up on swipe. I called customer service and confirmed the balance still didn’t accept it. Didn’t want to dishearten kids so purchased ice cream and still left with all the cards. Will try other locations next time.
Horrible customer service. First time in here and walked out. My son and I didn’t even buy ice cream. Lady at counter needs a new job. She obviously hates her job and anyone that walks in. Sad. I was excited about location but would rather over pay at a place that is pleasant and friendly!!
