I bought 2 pints, price tag is $15.99 for 2. I had $2 coupon and asked to apply it. The old woman(guess she is owner) typed $17.98 for price and $2 discount. Asked to pay $15.98. Haha it wa very unpleasant situation. This means I got only $0.01 discount with coupon. I visited this location several times but different prices. I always paid $13.99 with coupon. Is it normally happening in BR? I don't think so. It is bad from woman.
Came here today excited to try a new ice cream shop in town but wow- the customer service was not great. The lady working the front desk was not warm or welcoming at all. I asked a question or two regarding the flavors and she answered with one word answers, not even cracking a smile or anything. Completely unhelpful and off putting. Won’t be back. It’s wild that a brand new business wouldn’t value customer service more.
I got my birthday scoop today and the young man serving me was such an absolute delight - I felt like I was hanging out with a friend. We were just laughing away at everything. Great ice cream, as always, and fantastic customer service!
Bad people
Customer service was horrible. Workers were super rude. They treated different customers differently. Some of the workers were laughing at us. Very immature very biased very annoying. Wouldn’t go again. Wouldn’t want my worst enemy to go through this service. This place needs to be shut down.
