How can you possibly run out of all of your bagels by 12pm, this doesn’t make sense. It’s understandable to run of out one kind, but not all bagels. You should fix this.
This place has mediocre customer service and they never have what I want, as advertised on their menu. Asked for bananas this time, on a Sunday, and was told simply “we don’t do that here”.. what does that mean lol. And was given very messy sundaes, ice cream and whipped cream smears on the cups with no napkins at all (drive thru). Servers clearly hate their job, get employees that actually want to work and have a little respect for customers.
February 26, 2025: I initially wanted the Turtle Pie that was on the Baskin-Robbins menu on the GrubHub app, however, Jessica, my GrubHub driver took the time to call me to let me know that this Baskin-Robbins location didn't have Turtle Pie, and she wasn't sure why it was still on the Baskin- Robbins menu on the GrubHub app. Jessica helped me pick out a cake, instead, and went over the cake flavors (and cake colors/designs) including cake size and number of servings.
