My husband and I came in here tonight on 3/1. We have been to this location many times and have never had any problems. We have always thought the staff was great and quality of their food was excellent. Tonight, however, was a different experience. We arrived 40 minutes before the store said it was closing online and on the door. When we ordered and sat down (a few minutes later), we are told they were closing and we had to leave. By far the best one I have been too. I lived like 5 mins away and would go often. Recently moved to a Murfreesboro and none here are the same. No one offers the waffle bowl dipped in chocolate and nuts and that’s my favorite. But this location always had it.
I called this branch on 1/26/25 and tried to place a large order over the phone which I have done several times in the past. On this occasion, I was told by staff that he would not take my order by phone and there was no manager for me to speak to. I am unable to place orders online due to limited customization options. I have been asked by staff previously to call ahead if I am to place a large order and have been doing this for months at this location and various other locations.
