Ordered for delivery and the worker forgot one of my Quarts
For the first time tonight I went to get ice cream. Management should be ashamed of themselves. There’s only (1) young lady, name Sierra working by herself. She had almost 15 customers. There’s no way (1) person, especially a woman should be working alone at night. Great job Sierra on your customer service skills. Keep up the good work. Management needs to hire another staff to help serve and close the store.
Guess they aren't open til 10 pm like their store hours say. Pulled up at 9:30 and saw a mother and her daughter walking out. Saw the worker who followed closely behind them to lock the door. Maybe update your store hours to reflect this?
