The ice cream was very creamy and delicious. Not as many flavors as anticipated but what they had blew us away with how good they were.
Disappointed. My fiancée went in to get ice cream. We wanted the pink bubble gum and cotton candy. They told him it’s too frozen to scoop so he could not get it. I’m confused, isn’t ice cream supposed to be frozen? I have never heard of such a thing. I think it’s pure laziness.
Don’t bother stopping by here anytime outside peek hours apparently. First time trying them out in years (after a terrible Dunkin experience here), and stopping by a little after noon (over 2 hours before close), and practically nothing is working or in stock. We had previously checked the app to see what we might want before visiting, but from ice cream to toppings to drink ingredients they were either out or with broken machines. We went through four different items before we just gave up and left.
