Be aware that the 6pm close time means they've stopped serving ice cream well before then. Lights were still on, doors open, but when we entered a few minutes (well before) 6pm, the employees said they were already closed. Odd, since it certainly appeared they were open. It took us few minutes in the parking lot to actually leave, but they shut the lights off at exactly 6pm. we pulled up at noon and our presence wasn't acknowledged for six minutes. Not even a hello. we waited ten minutes to be served and still didn't get served. we ended up leaving. it sucks because the ice cream is good, but the service is worst. the good doesn't outweigh the bad. Please train your staff better, or hire more people there shouldn't only be two people working at a time.

I’m thrilled to share my experience at this establishment! Living just across the street, I remember when this location first opened, and it struggled with service and often ran out of items. However, I recently returned and was pleasantly surprised by the significant improvement. The staff are now incredibly friendly and attentive, and they consistently get my order right. I’m genuinely impressed and looking forward to returning!

Just left this location. Could hear the workers in the back. Waited 10 minutes, called out 3 times and they would just be quiet for a few seconds and then start talking again. As we were walking out someone poked their head out and I said too late, going to Coldstone. Will never go back and gonna make sure people know why.
