I am super grateful for the awesome service of this Baskin Robbin’s store. My husband forgot to order the birthday cakes for our kids’ party and we had to order last minute. Thankfully the baker Loie (sp?) was willing to help us out and did not disappoint. They were kind enough to provide the options our kids wanted and we are super happy with the results!
On multiple occasions I’ve ordered via the app and it would say they’re currently out of that normally bagels! Which to a bagel they supposedly have and they don’t! So mobile ordering for someone on the go it important! Order won’t be completed have to wait! This is a fairly simple supply chain issue that store management should be able to handle… it shouldn’t be difficult to plan accordingly collect the data from sales and increase the amount of product
Decided to drive out all the employees with any customer service skills.
I heard they were opening up a brand new Baskin Robins in the area so I drove all the way from Cedar Rapids to try their delicious ice cream but upon walking into the store nobody helped us and we just stood there looking at the ice cream for about 7 mins. Employees even walked passed us and didn’t even look us in the eyes. I said out loud “Boy this ice cream sure looks good!” Hoping I would get the attention of someone who would help me out, but still nothing.
