Ordered two premium sundaes and 2 pre packed quarts. The quarts were what I ordered but the sundaes were only one scoop of ice cream and toppings for $7.76 PER SUNDAE which had no more ice cream than a cone. I called and spoke to Alice who told me she didn’t know how to refund my money for four scoops of the 2 ice cream sundaes that were owed. OWNER WHY ARE YOUR EMPLOYEES NOT TAUGHT HOW TO REFUND MONEY FOR AN ERROR?

Good service. Close to grandson's house, so handy.
The customer service is superb. The cakes are decorated, to perfection!
