Went in before closing time to get 1 item and kid there felt the need to “close” early before business hours posters trying to go home so said no to serving. Open sign still fully lit up and door fully wide open. Very poor customer service at this location. Previous trip they were out of multiple flavors of ice cream as well. Save yourself the trip. Go elsewhere and support a different small HMB business.
FILTHY! Ice cream smeared on the tables, floor, counter and walls. Garbage on the counter, floor and all around the garbage can inside. Ick. Very limited flavor selection (no strawberry???) and many of the bins only had dregs at the bottom.
Listen, this place is a total sham! They were wiped out of almost every topping and still had the nerve to charge me 15 bucks! My crush—bless her—just wanted a simple single scoop, and they tagged it at $4.25! Can you believe that? It’s an outright heist. I wish I could grab my cash back. Steer clear unless you’re keen on throwing your money away for barely a few bites.
