Isn’t there a Health Department rule that allows the consumer to know information about products being sold in a food retailer/establishment ? When offering customers six cakes to choose from (smallest size = $50…more expensive than cold stone custom cake) it seems like Baskin-Robbins should be transparent, and provide “sold by” and “made by dates.” The owner/manager literally taught their employee to say, “I don’t know when the cake was made.
