I had to give one star for this location because it would not let me give a 0 stars. Went to stop by there to get some much needed ice cream. We were in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes. We were not even in the parking lot at the start of our wait time. We finally made it to one car behind the car at the menu board at 710 pm. DON'T EVER ORDER A BIRTHDAY CAKE HERE. I wish I had bothered to read the Yelp reviews before booking through the Baskin Robbins website. I ordered a custom cake that was supposed to be picked at 2 PM but they called just before 12 PM saying their cake person didn't do it and they couldn't have it ready on time but I could take any off the shelf. Wow!! I really can't understand how this store (or any BR's lately) earn anything other than 2 stars at most!?!? They, like Subway, have reduced portions as an answer to dwindling business, using "children scoops" for their sundaes. Mind you, the prices went up while the scoop size decreased. All I can say is that this style of business is prompting consumers to find other solutions for their cravings, as is evident with Subway franchise closures rising.
