DON'T EVER ORDER A BIRTHDAY CAKE HERE. I wish I had bothered to read the Yelp reviews before booking through the Baskin Robbins website. I ordered a custom cake that was supposed to be picked at 2 PM but they called just before 12 PM saying their cake person didn't do it and they couldn't have it ready on time but I could take any off the shelf.
