Very poor service; the young woman serving customers was very bad-tempered—it seemed like she didn't want to help anyone. I hope they get better staff, because it makes me not want to return to that branch.
What time do they close? I’ve been there at 9:50 and bought ice cream today at 9:35 they told me they close I just left didn’t want to argue. It had a close vibe to it . Online it says they open till 10
After a truly awful day I decided to treat myself to a sweet treat. I hadn't had Baskin Robbins for at least 15 years. I recently graduated with my MFA and didn't have any family to celebrate with. Seeing Baskins Robbins made me nostalgic for my Grandmother. As a child she would take us to the Baskin Robbins in the mall after a long fun day of shopping. On July 10, 2026 at 9:15pm, employee told me they were closed regardless of the the hours sign saying it closed at 10pm & the door being open.
