On July 10, 2026 at 9:15pm, employee told me they were closed regardless of the the hours sign saying it closed at 10pm & the door being open.
The worst service, it took me 10 min to get a double scoop when there were 2 workers and only 1 person in front of me. None of the workers even greeted me or said that they'd help me in a moment. I’ve never had a bask in robins experience like this
On June 2, 2026, I arrived at 9:45 p.m. to buy ice cream. The night staff informed me that the store closes at 9 p.m. on weekdays, but they are open until 10 p.m. Despite seeing the closing hours on the doors, this was very unprofessional.
It’s the closest BR around me, I went this past Sunday and it was the 2nd occasion where I didn’t get serviced. Seems like people don’t want to work anymore.
