Ordered a cake for my son online. The day of the pick up an hour and half before i get a text that Amazon hadnt delivered the toy topper yet . He said it was going to be late. An hour after my pick up time they text me it was ready. I went iver and it wasnt ready. The guy came in 5 minutes later with the package and the lady started adding it to the cake. I gave them a 3 because I came to pick up my cake a hour 45 min late and it still ain’t ready what a inconvenience I ordered since last week.
Their scanner for the BR app never works and they will not honor any rewards.
