I came in after my shift on tuesday with a few coworkers. It was disappointing to see the staff immediately engage and be friendly with my coworkers while ignoring me, despite me being right there ready to order. I don't know if it's because I have a different look, but when i was finally acknowledged, I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer. I like this spot, but it’s frustrating to feel invisible when you’re trying to support a local business. Hope the staff can focus more on the customers next time. 👍
Staff was very friendly
Please update hours. Went to get ice cream after my kids doctor appointment. Baskin robins was closed. It was 10:45am. Google says they opened at 10:30am. No hours posted anywhere outside store. Please update.
Best “Banana Split” I ever tried on any ice cream places within USA!!! Just pick your favorite ice cream and toppings.
My wife and I frequent this establishment once a month. Each time the quality of the shakes differ from too watery (consistency) to too thick. Overall, its not bad and that doesn’t change my decision to go there and order a shake.
