Intriguing
probably one of the cleanest/best baskin-robbins locations I’ve been to. I’ll admit that other location is not that great due to space, out of stock, and some dirtiness on the floor, but this Atwater location is so clean and they have my favorite ice cream in stock. It’s well organized and pretty fast with making my milkshake which I highly appreciated. I just happen to be in Atwater for quick errands, so I thought why not getting milkshake from this place and I’m glad I did.
I went online to order an ice cream cake and it stated they need 24 hour notice to make a cake so 2 days prior to the event I went to order the cake and was told that they need 3 days notice! When I told them what the Baskin Robbins website said they said it was incorrect! They really need to have what is posted online to match reality! Online the closing time said 10 pm. When I showed up at 8:55 pm, the door was unlocked. We started to walk in and were immediately told they were closed. I said, "Its not 9 pm yet." The worker said, "No one has been her the last 15 minutes and we've shut it all down." The online hours need to be changed. Also, if the business hours say a specific time, that should be honored!!! All we wanted was a prepackaged ice cream. Months later.... they closed 40 minutes earlier than the posted time. Ugg!!
