Worst worst service I've ever had in the 12 years I've lived here!! I ordered my order paused to get the next order placed that order and waited to put 3rd order in yes 2 total orders and when I got to the window the first one was wrong they gave us the second order was handed to us and when they came back with the first they said I had to repay for it argued with me about it then finally gave it to me after I argued I wasn't going to pay for their error! Usually love our b.r. But tonight I was really looking forward to it and we pulled up at 9:51 and it was already closed for the night (supposed to close at 10).
I've been going here for as long as it's been open. Very rude staff Mary denied my birthday coupon because the scooper didn't know to give me the right size. Mary refused to make it right. A 25+ year business relationship is over. 52 years of brand loyalty is out the window. Mary ruined my day. I spoke to Cindy, the owner, who basically told me it was my fault for not presenting the coupon. This is not sufficient customer service. You give your store and your brand a bad name, and I won't be back.
