Horrible service, leaking water from ceiling into ice cream , worker Anthony have headphones in ear not able to notice customers in room . Ask to get quart ice cream normally get it with two flavors said never do that but I ordered before that way . Ask to speak to manager claim he don’t know who manager is . He called a lady think Isabel’s ask for store number she said “ it’s on google “ . I am very disappointed in this experience . Will continue to escalate this matter . Poor communication from employees. Ordered online in morning and guaranteed pick up ready for 6 PM. Employee stated they need 24 hours to make my cake. Then proceeded to ask me what time would I be back to pick it up. I stated when they opened. When I picked my order up, the employee stated that cake does not take 24 hours to make. If I could rate 0 stars I most definitely would.
Thank you to the young man working Saturday morning. We needed a cake by 11 am. We went to Dairy Queen first and they didn’t have any cakes without chocolate. So we decided to go to Baskin Robins, I had seen they opened at 11am. It was around 1053 am when we arrived. The young man saw my husband pull on the door and he immediately opened the door for us. Young staff is untrained and incompetent and apparently their boss is just the same. Had an Uber Eats order with them for a $50 ice cream cake they didn't have in stock and said they didn't have the ingredients to make it- I don't know why it's even available on the app if so. Asked them to just cancel it. 15 minutes later had to reach out to Uber support, which directed me to call the store as according to Uber policy the restaurant is supposed to cancel if the problem is on their end so I don't have to pay for the cancella... read more
