I wanted to share this disgusting experience when we ordered through Door dash. We ordered a banana split and a sundae which we received dripping all over the place where it had melted. But the disgusting part was when we opened the bag it smelled strongly of cannibas or Marijuana. Door dash offered a 5.00 credit. Way to go Baskin Robbins!!!!!!!
This literally deserves no stars at all. They got nothing but kids running the store and left 4 cars at the drive through for literally 20 minutes and then they come up with the excuse that the “headset wasn’t working” when this has happened multiple times at different occasions
Super small kids size scoops on adult sundaes....and even when I mentioned it I just got a look. No greeting, no smile, no any kind of welcoming not even to the people before or after us...Several signs for what ice cream was displayed not in place or not in proper place...no napkins out....only giving a 2 because they actually had baseball nut. Other employee disappeared and no, there were no ppl in drive thru
They didn't have the ice cream I wanted, so I settled for a different flavor being it was already late at night and the other BRs were closed. The boy in the drive thru who "attended" us was rude and lacked customer service skills.
