Recently I have ordered Oreo ice cream cake with chocolate cake as the base for a birthday I have to say it was the best ice cream cake that I ever had, would highly recommend.
Ayden was amazing! Very polite , helpful and patient with our large family's choices. He made some delicious treats, too. All while cleaning up after each one. Super efficient!
I’ve been visiting this ice cream shop for over five years and always enjoyed stopping by, until recently. It looks like the branch is under new ownership or management, and unfortunately, the experience has gone downhill. The new owner seems to have little understanding of customer service. He insisted that I take cones he accidentally broke while scooping the ice cream and even handled the cones and scoops with his bare hands, without gloves. Should get employees who want to actually work. 9:12pm and I asked for a shake and the boy said they were out of milk. I don't believe an ice cream shop would be out of milk. They were just cleaning up and turned the TV screen off and acting as if they are already closing. I said I don't belong they are out of milk and said I would be calling the owner. The girl and boy that is fine. Very disappointed in service
Place never opens up on time. Change your hours if that is the case
