Ordered a photo cake for my father’s birthday of him on the beach, never got a call asking any questions, never ever got a call saying the cake was ready for pickup. Went and got it and the entire cake is just a picture of the sky, my father is not in it at all, I told them it was wrong and they refused to reprint or refund the money. Will be calling cooperate as soon as customer service lines open on Monday cause there’s no way that’s worth $60.
Too pricey! I can get a half-gallon for the price of a scoop.
Wow. I do not even know how to express my joy with the service that Robert gave me. Robert went over the top, providing me with answers to all questions and inquiries I had with the different flavors, provided me with many samples, and always kept a positive attitude. On top of all of that, he did so in a timely manner, allowing me and my family to leave happy. If you ever come to Baskin-Robbins, make sure you ask for Robert.😁😁
